and if you haven't backed up your data then you risk losing the lot!

We will test your computer first onsite to determine it's a hard drive issue then make initial attempts
to repair it onsite. If it's not responding we will need to take it back to our service centre where
we can get to work on it on our equipment.

Replacement equipment such as a new hard drive are not included.
** Cost of data recovery may vary depending on what is actually at fault with the hard drive. Some hardware
malfunctions will need to be sent offsite for repair. Price will be indicated at time of service.
